How fast is delivery?

Decrypt, Fixer, Cleaner licences and credits are granted automatically to your Discord account once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a couple of minutes. Dumper products and Reseller access open a Discord ticket automatically, where the team hands you the KeyAuth licence and the private download link.

What is the difference between Standard and Keyless?

Accepted Answer

Standard Decrypt needs a CFX key or a grant link for every file you decrypt: it only unlocks resources you already own (or have the resource + grant for). Keyless Decrypt needs no key or grant and works on escrow resources from any seller, within the resource types our tooling supports.

Do textures, vehicles, weapons and mappings need a fix after decrypt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every resource that contains textures, mappings, vehicles, weapons or other streamed assets will look broken after a pure decrypt. You need Fixer V2 to rebuild those files so they load correctly in-game. One fix = one resource.

Is Privacy Mode a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Privacy Mode is a one-time €30 payment and stays active on every licence you own, including ones bought later, for as long as the service runs.

Can I get a refund?

Before paying you expressly ask for immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal, so sales are final once delivery has started. Your legal guarantees still apply: if a product is never delivered or does not work as described, we fix it or refund you.

When do I need Fixer V2?

Accepted Answer

Every time you decrypt a resource with textures in the stream folder. Decryption removes the protection but does not repair the visual files, so vehicles, weapons, clothes, mappings and UI textures will show glitches until they are fixed.

Can the dumper dump the server-side of a server?

Accepted Answer

No, and no tool can. FiveM never sends server code to your PC: a client-side dumper only retrieves what the server sends (client scripts, configs, textures, UI). Anyone selling a 'server-side dumper' is scamming you.

What does 'Lifetime' really mean?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime means the licence has no expiry date and stays valid for as long as FXEZ operates that tool, including the updates we publish for it. It is not a promise that the tool will exist forever: if a CFX patch breaks something, we update it, and that can take some time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the Stripe checkout. For crypto (BTC/LTC), PayPal or gift cards, open a ticket on Discord.

What is the difference between credits and a licence?

Accepted Answer

Credits are one-shot (1 decrypt credit = 1 decryption, 1 fix credit = 1 fix) and carry no expiry date. A licence gives unlimited decrypts or fixes for its whole duration. Credits suit occasional needs, a licence is cheaper for heavy use.
