Terms of Sale

1. Digital products

All FXEZ products are digital licences or credits giving access to decryption, dumping, fixing and cleaning services operated through our Discord bot and API. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery

Delivery happens on the Discord account you signed in with, and differs by product:

• Standard Decrypt, Keyless Decrypt, Fixer V2, Cleaner credits and decrypt/fix credits are granted automatically once Stripe confirms the payment. Delivery normally takes a few moments; if our bot or Discord is temporarily unavailable, the order is queued and delivered as soon as service is restored.
• Dumper V2 (and the Dumper part of a bundle) is partly manual: the role and a Discord ticket are opened automatically after payment, then your KeyAuth licence and private download link are handed to you by a member of the team inside that ticket.
• The Reseller package is set up entirely by hand through a Discord ticket.

3. Requirements on your side

You must remain a member of our Discord server and allow direct messages from it, otherwise automatic delivery cannot reach you. If it fails, contact support and we complete the delivery manually.

4. Right of withdrawal and its waiver

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, EU consumer law (in France, art. L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code) allows the right of withdrawal to be lost only if performance started during the 14-day period WITH your prior express consent AND your acknowledgement that you lose that right.

That is why, before payment, you must tick a box that is never pre-ticked, in which you accept these terms, expressly request immediate performance, and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. The date and the version of the terms you accepted are recorded with your order.

If you do not tick that box, checkout does not start. If delivery has not started yet, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal and can ask us to cancel the order.

5. Legal guarantees

Waiving the right of withdrawal does not affect your legal rights. You keep the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects applicable to digital content. If a product does not work as described, is not delivered, or stops conforming through our fault, you may ask us to bring it into conformity and, if we cannot, obtain a price reduction or the cancellation of the sale and a refund, under the conditions set by law.

6. Refunds

Outside the legal guarantees above, sales of delivered digital products are final: we do not refund unused time, unused fixes or unused credits, and we do not refund a change of mind after delivery has started.

We do refund, or re-deliver at your choice, when the order was paid but never delivered, when delivery is impossible on our side, or when the product does not conform to its description. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

7. Licence scope, 'Lifetime' meaning

A licence is personal and bound to one Discord account. Sharing, reselling, lending or automating access for third parties is prohibited unless you bought the Reseller package.

'Lifetime' means the licence has no expiry date and includes the updates we publish for that tool. It is bound to the lifetime of the FXEZ service, not to yours: it lasts as long as we operate the tool. It is not a promise that the service will run forever, nor that a given feature will always be available, since the underlying platforms can change at any time.

8. Service scope and limits

Decryption does not repair textures. Mappings, weapons, vehicles, clothing and other streamed assets generally need the Fix service afterwards.

Results depend on the resource and on the current state of the FiveM/CFX platform. After a CFX update, a tool may need time to be adapted; we work to restore full service as quickly as we can, but we do not compensate downtime. No tool can retrieve server-side code, and we never claim to.

9. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for what you do with the output. You must hold the rights or permissions needed for the resources you process, and you must comply with the terms of the platforms you use them with. FXEZ does not grant you any right over third-party content.

Abuse, licence sharing, chargeback attempts, combining several resources into a single fix, API spam or attempts to reverse-engineer our services lead to suspension or permanent blacklist. Where a blacklist follows a proven breach, no refund is due for the remaining period.

10. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe; FXEZ never receives or stores your card details. Any tax applicable to your purchase is determined and shown at checkout according to the seller's tax status and your country; the amount you confirm in the payment form is the amount charged.

11. Support and complaints

Support runs through our Discord server. Open a ticket with your order ID for the fastest resolution. If a complaint is not resolved, you may use the mediation and online dispute resolution channels available to EU consumers.
